We have handled policies up to $300,000,000 for a single site transaction, and up to $400,000,000 in a single multi-site, multi-state transaction. On an annual basis, the company closes transactions that generate title insurance coverage that on average exceed $10.6 Billion with approximately 85% of our transactions involving properties located within the State of Texas.
