Tiny Warrior Consulting Information

I'm Kelsey Ozar- Founder of Tiny Warrior Consulting. I've been the first people/talent hire at three startups in a row, each with a successful exit. With my daughter and Tiny Warrior brain cancer survivor as inspiration, I am excited to take what I've learned and accomplished and help other startups grow and succeed. After all, even the greatest of companies started off small. I offer consulting services related to: Talent (building out talent infrastructure/hiring of key roles), Culture (building programs, values, etc) and HR best practices. 5% of all earnings will go to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
