Established in 1975, Tinies has a history of providing quality childcare and quality services to our clients. We have a database of over 50,000 childcarers. Over 50% of all our business comes from recommendation and returning clients. Tinies has 5 main streams of business: 1. The supply of nursery staff to nursery chains, independent nurseries and local authority run nurseries. We supply both temps and permanent members of staff, from nursery assistants to Regional/Area Managers. This makes up about 70% of our business. 2. We supply private childcare to families (nannies, mothers' helps, maternity nannies). 3. We provide mobile crèche services for weddings, parties and events. 4. We provide training to childcarers, nurseries and parents. 5. Through our sister company, My Family Care, we run both holiday clubs and fixed crèches, as well as providing emergency backup childcare through emergency nannies and partnerships with nurseries that provide emergency places.
