TIMELESS is a luxury bar chain founded in 2018 by an Oxford graduate Andrey Ryzhov. A distinctive feature is the development of an IT system that provides the highest level of service, loyalty and internal processes. Just 5 years since its foundation, the revenue and profit have increased 40 times, while regular customers bring up to 85% of profits. Values Why is it important to write about values? There are two reasons: - To understand that we are suitable for each other; - To let everyone knows what we declare to the outside world and what we adhere to the inside. Here are our 5 values for the best team: PEOPLE – the most important value of the company. Everything we do, we do for the good of humanity. And of course, those we care about most are people that create this good. PEOPLE FIRST; WOW – that’s the word we want to hear when talking about the results of our work; VIRTUE – "Smile and the world smiles with you" - says the poster on the wall in our office; SCALE – we are about rapid growth, and therefore we build our work so that any results and processes can be easily scaled; DESIGN is our whole brand – for example, we have designed all our tables on Google Drive and created detailed instructions for using each of the 56 colors of the internal IT system.
