Over 950 companies in more than 30 countries use our software in 28 languages every day – and save both working hours, payroll costs and administrative resources. Our mission is simple: to make sure that time is working for our customers – not against them. We make the working day easier for both managers and employees by transforming complex tasks such as scheduling employees, time recording and controlling into simple, efficient and profitable processes. We work closely with our customers in retail, hotels, restaurants, entertainment, logistics, healthcare and production – and help them create clarity, flexibility and security in a complex everyday life. With Timegrip, working hours, allowances and absences are registered easily and securely and in compliance with local regulations and collective agreements. Payroll data is transferred correctly and efficiently, which minimises errors and saves time in administration. The result? Higher employee satisfaction, more insightful management and a healthier bottom line. Timegrip’s journey began in 1995 in Denmark, where we developed our first solution in close collaboration with the retail industry, trade unions and employer organisations. Since then, we have grown through acquisitions of innovative software companies in Northern Europe – and as our customers have taken our solutions out into the world. Today, we are 115 dedicated employees based in Aalborg and with offices in Nivå, Oslo, Helsinki and Munich. Timegrip is part of BCS HR, which we joined in 2026. BCS HR is backed by the Dutch private equity fund Main Capital Partners. Several of our founders and senior employees are still with us, and as committed as ever to developing the workforce management of the future.
