Timeacle is one of the leading providers in the field of digital call systems - with an SaaS product directly from the cloud, we help companies to connect with customers and employees in a completely new way. Our mission is to minimize your customer's waiting time and simultaneously to optimize the workload of the employees. Timeacle was founded in 2012 as a small start-up, today it comprises several companies that offer diverse products and serve customers from all industries. We are a young and innovative team of 15 people from 10 different countries. We work hard together, we laugh a lot and we develop new ideas all the time. We are a diverse collective of thinkers and doers who all work towards a common goal - to create the best customer experience. With us you can think outside the box, work in interdisciplinary projects and develop your potential. Our headquarters are in a loft of a former chocolate factory in Hamburg. You can easily reach us by car via the A1, by train from main station or with a stand-up paddle via the channel of the Bille.
