Hos TEMPUR® forsker, udvikler, designer, producerer og distribuerer vi madrasser, puder og andre produkter til søvn og afslapning. Gennem mere end 35 år har vi arbejdet med udviklingen af produkter baseret på vores unikke TEMPUR® Materiale og opbygget en omfattende viden inden for søvnprodukter og komfort. Historien om TEMPUR® begyndte i slutningen af 1960'erne, da NASA-forskere udviklede et helt nyt materiale til brug under rumfartsmissioner. Vores grundlæggere så materialets særlige potentiale og brugte år på at videreudvikle den oprindelige NASA-teknologi til det TEMPUR® Materiale, vi kender i dag. Resultatet blev verdens første viskoelastiske madras og pude. I dag er TEMPUR® Materiale fortsat kernen i vores madrasser og puder. Materialet fremstilles på vores fabrik i Aarup på Fyn, hvor innovation, produktudvikling og produktion er samlet under ét tag. Her kombinerer vi avanceret teknologi, håndværk og årtiers erfaring i udviklingen af vores produkter. TEMPUR® er den eneste madrasbrand, der er anerkendt af NASA og certificeret af Space Foundation.
