Timberroot Rustic Retreats is a lodging management firm that provides brand and management services to rustic resorts in some of our nation’s most scenic destinations. Our company is tailored to specifically service vacation rental facilities that surround natural attractions like National Parks & National Forests. Timberroot grew out of the only rustic resort in the Chattanooga area called Wauhatchie Woodlands, which is made up of 31 tiny log cabins within the high-reaching woods of Lookout Mountain. Wauhatchie Woodlands was built from the ground up with the sole purpose of providing its guests with unique getaways and outdoor immersive experiences. The rapid growth of Wauhatchie Woodlands forced the development of automated processes, tech-enabled workflows, and novel marketing in order to support a self-administered approach to the vacation rental business.
