Timber Creek Real Estate has been around since 1999 when Rick decided he'd had enough of working for franchised operations. "There's always this subtle pressure to do things that may or may not be in the clients best interest that just shouldn't be there when you're working through a franchise real estate brokerage. And I just don't think a client needs to be forced to do things the way a corporate real estate entity wants them done," says Rick. "It's just NOT in the clients best interest sometimes." So that's how Timber Creek Real Estate was born. And so was the concept of "Superb Service" and the "Team" standard we use with every client. Superb Service is the result of the effort made by all team members to collectively support one another and help each escrow close as smoothly and error free as possible. The "Team" standard grew from the willingness of all of us here at Timber Creek Real Estate to support Superb Service to every client. In fact, every Monday morning we have a staff meeting where we sit down and discuss each client, each escrow, each listing, and each future client we are working with so everyone knows what all of us are doing with each client. That way, when you call in to our office and ask a question about anything, there's always one of us who can help you right away. No waiting for your agent to return from vacation, or an illness, or from helping another client. You get the answer you need from any "Team" member.
