Founded by Tim Adams in 2005, Timato Productions has grown from offering basic video production services to include event lighting, digital media production, photography, and a broad range of consultation services. Tim is an 11-year veteran of the digital media production industry, traveling the world producing content. From the heart of Africa to the Dominican Republic and all around the US, he has served in many roles including cameraman, cinematographer, photographer, lighting designer, lighting director, consultant, and many more. In his 11 years of experience, Tim has had exposure to a broad range of equipment, technologies and industries. He has experience with theatrical lighting, film and video lighting, professional video cameras, DSLRs and lenses, live video production switchers, routers, and much more. He has a passion for media and loves telling stories. Tim is a voracious learner and constantly strives to be better at what he does by keeping informed of industry trends, new equipment, watching others’ work and seeking new methodologies. He has found that no piece of equipment or technique is a substitute for solid storytelling and he actively works to better his abilities.
