Tim Hewitt Homes Pty Ltd. Established in 1976 Tim Hewitt homes is a family business that spans three generations, with over a thousand projects completed. Specializing in domestic home construction, land sub-divisions, and multi unit development sites up to 3.5 million. We are registered builders and members of the Housing Industry Association, with a well established record of building quality homes and satisfying customers in the Yarra Valley. In our earlier years we had display homes and a large volume of properties under construction at any one time. Now most of our work comes from recommendations of past customers and word of mouth, so we work very hard to maintain customer satisfaction. We currently undertake approximately 20 projects per year. We find with this volume of work we can concentrate on providing a quality product and have a happy customer. Recent Unit developments completed by our building company are as follows.
