TILT Information

Studio TILT was a multi-award winning design practice founded on 10 May 2010 by Oliver Marlow and Dermot Egan. For sixteen years the practice asked what space is for. The work moved across workplaces, cultural venues, museums, coworking environments, civic and participatory builds, and community codesign workshops at the scale of two hundred people in a room. More than sixty projects across five continents, made with leaders in business, culture, health, research and education, all with the end users themselves. The practice closes in 2026. The questions, the methods and the partnerships continue under Oliver Marlow's independent practice, alongside a new book and a Substack, *What The Room Knows*.
