As the Founder & CEO of TillmanCarlson, Rob spent 16 years building one of the country's leading executive search boutiques built on the guiding principles of transparency, authenticity, responsibility, and teamwork. As the Managing Partner of Crist Partners, Rob led the firm through its highly successful sale to Korn Ferry. Prior to beginning his career in search, Rob worked in public accounting having completed his undergraduate degree in accounting at the University of Illinois. Rob also completed his certification as an executive coach at The Hudson Institute of Coaching, and he is certified in the Hogan Assessments.
