All of our instructors have a professional background in fitness and or dance. They maintain certifications in CPR, First Aid, AED and adhere to the guidelines of their profession as well as receive ongoing specialized training so you can be confident you are learning from the some of the best in the industry. Also, we are proud that our studio is sparkling clean! We clean our mats after each class and our whole studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis because we care about our students health and comfort!
