Corporate healthcare is a system. We redesign it. Tigas Pharma works on the medication layer of corporate healthcare in Malaysia: what employees are prescribed, where it is dispensed, what it costs and who can see the numbers. We have done this since 1999. Our work started with pharmacist-led dispensing of long-term medication for corporate employees. That work built the MyTigas Alliance, a network of independent community pharmacies, and a pharmacy benefit model used by employers and administrators across Malaysia. Pharmacists dispense. Employers should be able to see what they pay for. We moved from margins to subscription because we would rather be paid for outcomes than for volume.
