TIER Support Services Information

TIER Support Services is a local, private organization that has been serving people with disabilities since 1987. Our clients are referred to us through a Crown agency, Community Living BC, and have all been diagnosed with some kind of cognitive or intellectual disability. Our goal with each client is to simply empower them to achieve their goals. For some, those goals involve learning more social and life skills, and so our Community Services Team assist them in learning and acquiring the skills they need for more independence. Other clients have employment goals, and so our Vocational Services Team works with them, supporting them in finding and maintaining significant employment. Although the hours and actual jobs vary tremendously, our goal is simply Real Work for Real Pay. Our clients receive empowerment and independence as they are given opportunities to earn their own income, and give value to the employer in being loyal and hard-working employees. We are constantly seeking to find and create new opportunities with employers and businesses and welcome the chance to sit down and discuss our services with you. .
