Newman Du Wors LLP is a 15-attorney firm practicing primarily Internet and intellectual-property law. About 75% of our practice involves litigation in federal courts around the country. The rest is mostly intellectual-property protection, and corporate and licensing transactions. We have offices in Los Angeles, Malibu, San Francisco, and Seattle. But our clients span the globe, and many of our cases are filed in states outside California and Washington. We have unique success in Internet advertising, trademark, and technology cases. In addition to our core practice, we represent clients in entertainment and business litigation including antitrust, shareholder, and employment disputes. We generally work on an hourly basis, but also offer contingent fee and fixed fees when appropriate.
