My passion is to help business owners and their leadership teams improve their business and change their lives so all stakeholders can thrive. I do this through a focus on purpose (know your why), collaboration (don't go on the journey alone) and execution (make it actionable & do it). I facilitate 'Peer Boards', and provide business coaching, advise and tangible help through fractional and consulting roles. Specialising in go-to-market strategy, I focus on local business within the Cotswolds and surrounding area, as well as the Fintech world where I learnt much of my trade.
