Our mission is to engage the hearts of influential leaders to cultivate redemptive change in their communities. We believe lasting change grows through trusted relationships, local leadership, and long-term investment in people. That’s why we come alongside leaders in coffee-farming communities across Costa Rica and Guatemala, helping them recognize their God-given purpose, grow as leaders, and turn their gifts and passions toward the needs of their communities. Our work builds on the trusted relationships established through Thrive Farmers. From that foundation, ThriveWorx and our aligned partners provide training, resources, mentorship, and connections that help local leaders put their vision into action. Local leaders remain at the center of everything we do. They know their communities, understand the needs around them, and are best positioned to cultivate change. Our role is to listen, walk alongside them, connect the right people and resources, and help create space for their leadership to multiply. We work alongside pastors, business owners, teachers, entrepreneurs, coaches, farmers, students, and other influential leaders through leadership development, family and community programs, strategic partnerships, and locally-led initiatives. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit private operating foundation of Thrive Farmers.
