With the addition of a dynamic media platform, including podcasts and educational content, ThrivePath is creating a community where learning is continuous and leadership is nurtured. At its core, ThrivePath’s mission is to bridge the gap between aspiration and action in the health and safety profession. Our mentorship programme is tailored specifically for individuals either entering or transitioning into applied health and safety roles. Whether you're a student, career changer, or just starting, ThrivePath connects you with experienced professionals who provide real-world insight, technical guidance, and career support. Unlike traditional academic programmes, our focus is practical. We help mentees understand how safety is practiced in the workplace — from interpreting legislation and conducting risk assessments to navigating audits and promoting behavioural safety. ThrivePath mentors also support individuals preparing for NEBOSH, IOSH, or other professional certifications, offering advice that reflects current industry needs. For those already working in EHS&S (Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability) or project management roles, ThrivePath offers a free and confidential advice service.
