Thrive-WiSE / CodeChix is dedicated to the Education, Promotion and Mentorship of women engineers and students. It is run by local women developers for local women developers. We are specifically targeting women engineers in industry on the technical ladder, fresh graduates entering industry and women returning to industry after a break. Programs include an annual technical conference, DevPulseCon, innovative programs in partnership with SRI International, Safe-Space and Ally Training for R&D in corporations as well as other programs to advocate for technical women in R&D.
