Kate Birch, Director of Thrive Together, brings over 20 years’ experience of working in senior and executive People and Culture roles in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. She understands the challenges that an ever-changing world of work presents to organisations – including navigating the impacts of hybrid working, harnessing advances in technology and AI, and supporting shifting demands in workplace skills. Amid these challenges and opportunities, Kate helps build connected teams that can communicate clearly, share knowledge, be innovative and realise their potential for productivity and success. Thrive Together is here to help your business improve team dynamics, strengthen personal relationships at work and provide opportunities that increase leadership capability, enhance strategic conversations and develop successful New Zealand organisations that people want to be a part of.
