Thrive Creative Community Information

Thrive Creative Co-Working Community is the name we commonly refer to the community comprised of two buildings. Studio 2005, a 35,000-square-foot film and production studio, and Evolution, a five-story, 35,000-square-foot building that will house an art gallery, co-working studio spaces for rent, creative office spaces for rent, a restaurant featuring a monthly chef in residence, and rooftop area. We are seeking investors to help us move to phase 2 of the project.
