A family resource center providing professional counseling, psychological testing, and school-based therapy services that address the whole person - body, mind, spirit, and relationships. The Summit also provides Suicide Prevention and Mental Health Awareness Education. With a staff of over 30 licensed therapists, we serve people of all ages and provide a wide range of specialty services, including help for those who want to grow individually, couples who want to improve their relationship, parents, teens, and children. We help people tackle alcohol or substance abuse problems, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and loss. We serve our community through our Main Office in Johns Creek, 6 community-based locations in Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton, Dunwoody, and Sugar Hill, and multiple public and private schools in Fulton, Dekalb, and Gwinnett County. The Summit is accredited by The Solihten Institute (www.Solihten.org).

Bridges to Change is one of the largest peer-led organizations in the state of Oregon. BTC was founded in 2004 with an aim to support people on their path to recovery. BTC continues to support participants on their recovery journeys through a combination of community-based housing, peer delivered services and behavioral health treatment. Our Mission: We provide housing to those who need it most. We support recovery through the lens of lived experience. We promote well-being through behavioral health services. We advocate for those who systems have ignored. Our Vision: Health and Housing for All.

Our mission is to improve the lives of our clients and our community. We work to heal their mind and body, to inspire and to provide excellent service in alcohol and drug addiction treatment, primary healthcare, recovery support, case management, behavioral health, vocational development and to be a resource to all members of the community for outreach, prevention, education, and advocacy.
