Welcome to Threshold Movement—an experienced group of caregivers who help individuals, families, and organizations navigate illness, dying, loss, and grief with compassion and love. What we offer: • Threshold and Grief Counseling for Individuals and Organizations • End-of-Life Care / Death Doula Support for Adults and Children • Celebration of Life Planning and Facilitation • Advance Care Planning and Patient Advocacy • Children & Family Wraparound Support Coming soon: • Sandwich Generation Grief Circles for grownups struggling to support aging parents while raising their own kids (online only) How we work: Our approach to offering care is deeply personal: together we design a tailored plan and fee structure so that your experience feels meaningful and affordable. Initial consultation calls are always free. Our team is small and we operate from home offices in the San Francisco Bay Area. Most of our clients reside nearby or in surrounding rural communities. In-person care and support is available in other cities and states when travel costs are covered by the client. Virtual support is also available nationally.
