We have successfully grown service companies that preserve, protect, and beautify commercial and residential assets for over 25 years. With experience in launching new ventures and scaling existing businesses, we look to partner with single-trade or niche contracting businesses serving the built environment. We look for companies in growing industries with revenues between $5M-$50M, healthy gross margins above 40%, and strong EBITDA performance between 10%-15%.
