We help optimize existing Customer Service environments, or simply take the problem away. We help companies figure out how and what to do with their knowledge. We also help access the value that is locked in customer service data. Our specialism is in helping technical companies planning on, or going through, extreme growth, and needing to look after a consumer client base. We really, really love companies that have "complex ecosystems"​ such as VR, gaming hardware and the maker market. Products or services that rely on other products and services, but because of that get a little challenging to look after.
