Three Steps is a leading provider of trauma-informed, attachment-based residential care across Meath. We support children, young people, and adults with disabilities with complex emotional and behavioural needs by providing safe, stable, and therapeutic environments where they can build trust, develop resilience, and experience meaningful, lasting change. Our approach is clinically supported and relationship-focused, recognising that behaviour is communication and that every young person’s experience is unique. We work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure care is individualised, consistent, and responsive. What sets Three Steps apart is our commitment to our staff.
