www.threehandsinsight.co.uk We help businesses to understand the real-life barriers their customers face, so they can create products and services that work better for everyone. For over 25 years Three Hands has sat between businesses and charities, running projects to benefit both. Through that work we recognised that charities, and the people they support, are a font of insight and ideas of huge value to businesses who want to better understand their customers, and provide them with more inclusive and accessible products and services. Three Hands Insight was created in 2019 to do just that. Every project we devise and run has ‘lived experts’ – people who are at the sharp end of what life can throw at you – at its heart. They are often joined by experts from charities to share wider expertise and insight on the issues being discussed. We are proud that our work creates a positive impact amongst businesses, their customers, people with lived experience of difficult circumstances, and the charities that support them. Our team is made up of skilled researchers, facilitators, project managers, designers, third sector experts and videographers – all of the capabilities needed to design and run brilliant qualitative insight programmes anywhere in the UK.
