What exactly are you offering? ThreadsNotFound is a personal shopper for women's fashion, delivering curated outfits in a bag. Who's your customer? We target women between the ages of 25 to 45 now, but have plans to expand! What will be in my bag? How would you know what I like? You'd be amazed at how much we can sift from your Style Report, as well as feedback from your bags. Our team is also aided by an algorithm honed over time. In a nutshell, more is more, so let's get chatting! How is my Style Report used? Information gathered is solely used for the purpose of fitting you a better shopping fit, so please be honest! It is private, and will not be shared. What kind of clothes will I get? We collaborate with many labels, to cater to a wide variety of preferences including styles and budget. You will get to indicate them in your Style Report. We usually send only items that are within your preferences, but may sometimes deviate if we think you may like a particular piece. Surprise is part of the fun! How much would the clothes cost? We'll follow the budget you've indicated on your Style Report, and when you sign up. Once again, we may deviate a little if we think you may like something, but hey, don't purchase if you don't like it! How often would I get a bag? It's up to you :) Schedule one whenever you like, though we would recommend to leave at least a month in between so that we have time to source for new things for you! When and how do I pay for items that I'd like to keep? Pay for the items you're keeping before or during bag return, via the usual methods - bank transfer, Paypal, or by cash/credit cards at Renaza outlets. What is your Returns Policy? Items that have been sold (including items not returned within 3 days or damaged upon return) cannot be refunded nor exchanged. I like the clothes but need another size.
