ThreadRobe is a hardware and software company on a mission to eliminate the manual laundry process in people’s homes, and modernize the way we store, manage, purchase, and think about clothing. The ThreadRobe wardobe is an automated piece of furniture that stores your clean clothes, and returns them to you freshly steamed with the swipe of an app. With it, you never have to fold, hang, or put away your clothes again. Take your clean clothes directly from the dryer (or piles of unworn clothes lying around your room) and place them directly in the bin. Close the door, and your job is done. The wardrobe is controlled by an app. So when you want something to wear, select items in the app, and the wardrobe retrieves them, places them in the bin, and steams them, returning them to you wrinkle-free and ready to wear. We’re currently taking pre-orders for our first shipment of units in mid-2018.
