Threadneedle Collaboration is a London-based organisation committed to advancing decent and dignified work by addressing the root causes of exploitation in global supply chains, starting with the ready-made garment sector in Bangladesh. We work at the intersection of research, people-centred advocacy, and systems change by bringing workers, brands, and other stakeholders together to explore and create effective approaches that prioritise worker voices and enforceable accountability. Recognising that traditional CSR has struggled to deliver meaningful improvements, our work aims to support durable, evidence-driven change that benefits workers and strengthens supply chain resilience. Through collaborative partnerships, evidence-driven engagement, and ambitious systems thinking, Threadneedle Collaboration aspires to scale effective models that make decent work a reality for all.
