Thot IT Solutions is a professional provider of Outsourcing Framework Services (policy, processes, templates) for financial institutions in Luxembourg within the scope of CSSF Circular 22/806 and CAA 21/15 and 22/16. Based on its experiences, Thot IT team has developed internal tools to improve the quality of its work (Critical or Important Assessment, Exit Strategy, Adherence to Circular, etc...) and assist our clients in the preparation of CSSF and CAA filings. Furthermore, Thot IT guides you through your DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) compliance. Thot IT provides Scope and Gap analysis as well as remediation plan to update your internal framework according to this new regulation. As a reminder, the DORA regulation came into force on 16/01/2023 and will be applicable on 17/01/2025. Through our shared platform, our customers will find the progress of their files submitted to CSSF or CAA and executed by THOT IT.
