Leadership coaching, mentoring, strategy, operational execution, and accountability for business growth - from a seasoned and successfull former Fortune 500 Group President. Practice model is to engage with a senior leader and/or principal/owner in direct 1:1 coaching and mentoring for their leadership growth, set against a backdrop of dreams and expectations well-defined for that leader. This close, professional 1:1 relationship is further supported by three phases of integration: Phase II integration is partnering with the senior leader in development of their "primary" operating team. Often, this will matriculate into 1:1 coaching relationships with select members of that team. Phase III integration involves an ongoing review and further development of appropriate business strategies to take advantage of market opportunities. A primary point of emphasis is to teach and model what effective strategic level thinking looks and feels like within the organization - and to achieve appropriate balance between working "on" and working "in" the organization. Phase IV integration is ongoing identification of priorities linked to financial and strategic objectives, coupled with the thinking and disciplines required to execute against these priorities for success. The practice is built on a retainer-based model for effective ongoing engagement and ad hoc communication.
