We provide clients with legal advice, document preparation and represent in proceedings before the Industrial Property Office of the Czech Republic (IPO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the European Patent Office (EPO), the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva (WIPO), courts and administrative authorities (eg. custom and tax authorities) or in arbitration proceedings. THK represent Czech and foreign clients. We provide legal assistance not only in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but through our cooperating foreign offices we are able to provide legal services for our clients in most countries of the world. Our lawyers and patent attorneys are active members of major national and international professional associations in the field of intellectual property: INTA (The International Trademark Association), ECTA (European Communities Trademark Association), MARQUES, AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property), LIDC (The International League of Competition Law).
