This Assembly isn’t a firm. It’s not a consultancy. It’s a hand-picked crew of people who’ve done the work, been in the trenches, and know how to make hospitality matter again. We cover it all. Real estate, ops, food & beverage, design, branding. Not because we’re trying to be everything. Because I’ve seen what happens when tasks are siloed without shared understanding: Mediocrity. Misfires. Missed opportunities. We can handle each piece individually but we bring context because we’ve done it all.
