Third Eye Open builds digital platforms that make complex systems clear. We work across two areas. Our studio partners with founders, product teams and agencies to design and build digital products. UX, product strategy, dashboards and full-stack development, from early concepts through to platforms in production. Recent work includes Quay Twin, a real-time 3D digital twin of a working commercial district. TEO Sense is our environmental sensing platform for workplace compliance. It connects sensor networks measuring air quality, CO2, temperature, humidity and occupancy, normalises the data across device types, and presents it as evidence a health and safety professional can act on and show a client. Hardware agnostic, built for managed H&S service delivery, designed for the sites where conditions actually put people at risk. We are based in Manchester and work with clients across the UK.
