About Third Eye Advisory: At TEA, we help B2B manufacturing businesses execute fruitful outcomes. We work in three ways. • We build a data-driven strategy that cascades across all your functions by doing the hands-on, heavy lifting to understand your company, customers, and markets deeply. This work typically cascades into the next phase below but can be done independently. • We leverage our world-class expertise to coach your extended teams to understand the key indicators, metrics, and recommended tactics for each of their functional roles so they can execute the growth plan and use their newfound learnings to adapt as market dynamics evolve. • We provide fractional support for management teams, typically serving in P&L Leadership, Strategy, or Marketing Management roles until we have established processes, built out and coached a team, and achieved key transformational objectives, at which point we make a successful exit.
