Third Coast Therapeutics Information

Third Coast Therapeutics is a Chicago-based therapeutics company. We are dedicated to altering the course of cancer treatment by developing orally active, small-molecule drugs that target the spread of cancer cells in the body, also known as metastasis. Although metastasis is the cause of most cancer mortality and morbidity, there are currently no drugs to stop the metastatic process. To address this, we are dedicated to discovering new molecules and developing innovative strategies that specifically eliminate cancer cell motility. At the forefront of the fight against cancer, we use novel methods to make radical discoveries about the spread of cancer. With experienced leadership and extensive research in metastasis, Third Coast Therapeutics joins the growing Midwest Tech Ecosystem to contribute dramatic advances for better treatment of humanity’s most challenging diseases.
