ThinkTribal builds independent assurance for social housing. We read the public record the way an outsider already does, and we help residents hold a record of their own. ScoreView assembles a landlord's external file from published regulatory judgements, Ombudsman decisions, consumer grades and complaint handling data, then scores and bands that risk against comparable providers. Every finding is source-linked, so a board can test the assurance it receives against what anyone with a browser can already see. TenantSafe works the same problem from the other side. A resident describes what has gone wrong once, in plain language, and keeps a dated record with the statutory deadlines calculated for them. It is free for tenants in England, shared only with consent, currently in beta, and built so that a case reaching the Housing Ombudsman arrives complete. Together they bracket internal reporting from either end. The sector record shows which failure modes to control for. The case record shows whether the control actually fired. Neither is written by the function being assessed, which is the point. The first step is a 20-minute private readout: what the public record currently suggests for one named organisation, with the source attached to every line.
