ThinkTeam Information

ThinkTeam is a consultancy specialising in collaboration and engagement across public and community settings. We are public servants at heart. Everything we do is underpinned by a strong belief in collaboration, inclusion and the value of lived experience alongside professional expertise. ThinkTeam helps organisations work better together and work better with people. We support organisations to move from collaboration and engagement in theory to collaboration and engagement in practice. That means stronger relationships, better conversations and more confidence in how decisions are shaped and shared. Our work is practical, human and grounded in real experience. It helps people make sense of complexity and move forward together, whether that’s within teams, across organisations or with communities and stakeholders. What we do We work in the spaces where collaboration and engagement really matter and often feel hardest. That might be: • Partnerships that look good on paper but feel clunky in practice • Engagement that is happening, but not quite landing • Conversations that feel important, but don’t seem to move things forward. ThinkTeam helps organisations slow down just enough to understand what’s really going on, then design ways of working that are clearer, more inclusive and more effective. Our work spans: • Partnership working and collaboration • Stakeholder and community engagement • Facilitation that makes conversations productive • Coaching and training that builds confidence and capability • Evaluation that focuses on learning, not just reporting. Engagement is not a box to be ticked. It’s about real conversations. People being heard. And lived experience shaping decisions in meaningful ways. We help organisations move away from one-off consultation towards engagement that builds trust, insight and shared ownership over time.
