ThinkSMSS Information

Think Strategic Management & Systems Studio (SMSS) partners with mission-driven organizations to strengthen leadership, align strategy, and build the systems that allow meaningful work to endure. Across the nonprofit, public, and civic sectors, many organizations carry powerful visions for change. Yet too often the systems supporting that work—governance structures, operational infrastructure, decision-making frameworks, and leadership alignment—are not built to sustain growth or withstand transition. ThinkSMSS exists to help organizations move from reactive operations to resilient systems. Founded by strategist and public health leader Tasha B. Moses, ThinkSMSS brings together more than two decades of experience working with national nonprofits, public agencies, and cross-sector coalitions. Our work focuses on strengthening the structures that allow organizations to protect their mission while expanding their impact. We believe sustainability is not an afterthought—it is a discipline. Through strategic advising, governance development, facilitation, and systems design, ThinkSMSS helps organizations: • Clarify vision and long-term strategy • Strengthen board governance and leadership alignment • Design operational systems that support growth • Navigate organizational transitions and complex stakeholder environments • Build infrastructure that sustains mission-driven work Our approach blends strategic insight, systems thinking, and collaborative leadership to help organizations translate bold ideas into durable impact. When organizations partner with ThinkSMSS, they are not simply hiring a consultant—they are gaining a strategic collaborator committed to building structures that endure. Think Big. Build Smart. Deliver Impact.
