ThinkPlace US is a systems design and social innovation studio dedicated to helping organizations create conditions where people and places can thrive. As a majority women- and minority-owned firm and 100% women-led, we bring commitment to belonging and human flourishing to every engagement. We work across sectors — government, philanthropy, nonprofits, Tribal nations, education, environment, and community coalitions — to design solutions that are co-created, practical, equitable, and grounded in lived experience. We help partners navigate complexity, align across difference, and shift institutional structures so that communities experience meaningful, tangible improvements in their daily lives. ThinkPlace US is part of the global ThinkPlace network, spanning studios on five continents. Together, we advance a shared purpose: using creative and collaborative design to solve the complex, urgent challenges of our time. Our work is grounded in respect, co-creation, and the belief that systems change is only real when it makes a difference in the lived experiences of people and communities.
