As technology increasingly shapes the world there is more need for people to use skills such as interpersonal communication, creativity, teamwork, problem solving and to learn how to disconnect using mindfulness in this changing environment. At Think Communicate Lead, we recognised the need for courses that gave young people the opportunity to learn a wide variety of the expertise required to become leaders. The Products: We have a 2 year Teenagers LifeSkills coaching course, a VUCA Skills Coaching course for university students and many short courses designed to increase success in studies, at work and in personal life. We help students increase self-awareness, set and pursue meaningful goals and develop positive personal qualities such as self-esteem, a positive attitude, self-discipline and self-motivation. Through participation in class activities and discussions, students build a valuable record of their aspirations, goals, skills, interests, values and more. Students learn practical skills from the activities, which they can apply, leading to improved results whilst effectively improving their ability to communicate in English-and have fun! We also offer Corporate Coaching Webinars on a wide range of topics.
