THINK was a partner-owned digital design agency based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Founded in 2011. It is now part of Manyone. We create digital services, products, communications and experiences. Our agency is based on a dedication to help businesses use digital media as a means of achieving their strategic goals. In our mindset all digital initiatives must have a direct line to the business strategy via the digital strategy. Specific focus is on digital strategy, user experience, usability and digital design. All practices and processes are firmly rooted in the tradition and thinking of user experience design and service design. The ruling THINK philosophy is that brands and companies need to: - Understand that the user interface is the digital manifestation of the brand. - Understand how to continuously deliver value in all user touch points. This applies for all owned media as well as paid and earned media (e.g. social). - Understand how and why radically simple design always wins. - Understand the value of applying a user-centric approach when developing digital services and products. “Putting the user first will win in the long run.” First and foremost we ask WHY many times and in many ways – and then we move on to HOW.
