Thijssen Consulting specialises in assisting both large proprietary companies and small proprietary companies that are close to being classified as large for the first time. In particular, we focus on assisting small proprietary companies that are close to being classified as large for the first time with the conversion of their management accounts into financial reports suitable for lodgement with ASIC, and on making recommendations to improve governance and compliance in these entities. Our services will enable businesses to provide better financial information to directors, tax advisors, external auditors, and financiers, allowing speedier decision making and improved transparency, and will ultimately result in a reduction in time and cost required to produce tax returns and end of year financial reports.
