THESIS e.V. is an interdisciplinary network of doctoral candidates and doctorate holders in Germany. It was founded in 1991/92 and is a founding member of the European umbrella organisation Eurodoc - The European Council of Doctoral Candidates and Junior Researchers. THESIS e.V. is a not-for-profit organisation that - offers research and transferable skills training, - organises social events, - represents doctoral candidates and postdocs in higher education and research politics, - provides peer-to-peer support on any issues related to doctorates, research activities, and career development.
