Plus, a portion of our proceeds goes toward helping women who have been impacted by trauma. Our Founder, Dani Ashley is a Licensed marriage and family therapist (LCMFT) specializing in trauma and PTSD via a magical treatment called EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). She is also an Equine Therapist, Self Love Coach, Certified Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), and Ordained Shamanic Priestess. She has additional training in Heart Centered Hypnotherapy and The Gottman Approach to therapy (levels 1 and 2). Dani specializes in working with women who have been impacted by trauma, helping them on their healing journey towards self-love. She utilized a combination of Western and Eastern approaches in a personal intensive model (4-6 months), with an emphasis on healing the inner child. Her philosophy is informed by psychology, marriage and family therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Theory, Research in Epigenetics, Intergenerational Trauma, Shame Resilience Theory, New Age Spirituality, Shamanism, Feminism, Ayurveda, and Plant Medicine. She utilizes EMDR, hypnotherapy, yoga, meditation, holistic self-care practices, equine therapy and breathwork journeying. She has created a 10 step approach to heal trauma, and work through a variety of issues, prepare for deep healing and various stages of life, including, but not limited to: •Deep healing in therapy / coaching •EMDR Preparation •Marriage preparation (individual) •Motherhood preparation •Step-motherhood preparation •Plant medicine preparation
