TheraCord LLC is a start-up focused on the research, development, and commercialization of an umbilical cord blood stem cell collection device. By boosting cell yields of harvests, TheraCord aims not only to enable predominantly pediatric cord blood transplant (cancer) therapies to be applied widely in the adult population, but also to provide a new gold standard for stem cell acquisition upon which future emerging hematopoietic stem cell therapies can rely.
