TheQwikFix Information

QwikFix offers a sophisticated, yet simple and efficient way of turning home inspection reports into repair quotes backed by licensed contractors. Realtors or homeowners can simply upload their inspection report and within 24 hours, they will receive a detailed and competitively priced repair quote from local, licensed contractors who are available to complete the job before or shortly after closing. QwikFix offers a solution to the inefficiencies caused by home inspection reports and repair work in real estate transactions. Realtors no longer have to spend their time scheduling multiple contractors to provide quotes, contractors are freed up to spend their time on actual jobs rather than driving out to give quotes for repairs, and home sellers and buyers can feel confident in knowing that they are receiving an unbiased, fair market price for the repair work needed.
